We take pride in our cultural richness. Representing backgrounds from around the world, many of our staff are bilingual or multilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, East and West African dialects, Samoan, French, and American Sign Language, which allows us to connect with and serve our diverse community more effectively.

We partner with Behavioral Analysts to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments during each participant\u2019s initial assessment. This process helps us identify specific challenges, interests, and aspirations, providing valuable insight into how best to support each individual.

Based on the results, we evaluate the participant\u2019s current functional abilities and align them with activities that foster personal growth, engagement, and achievement.
